I'm looking for a new 23" or 24" widescreen monitor to have as a third display between my two 20" cinema displays.

It will be for mostly graphic design work so needs good colour representation etc. Possibly some casual gaming too but the emphasis is on design work.

    Budget is £200.

I was looking at the BenQ EW2420 and VW2420H, both £173. However after reading a post from Goodbytes it seems that, especially for colour representation etc, an IPS panel is much better than a TN and the 23" Dell UltraSharp U2311H was being highly recommended. This is available for £200 at the moment.

So would the Dell U2311H be my best option for £200?

    Cheers
