Whats better to get? I've never had a 1/2 set up. So I was just wondering if the 1/2 inch barbs would give me better performance on my water cooling set up? Any one know? Its for an AMD XP 2600 set up. I want to go with either D-TEK or Danger Den.

all depends on the setup you get...some blocks are designed for high flow others for low.....

I think that rather than agonising over hose diameters, barb diameters should be your concern. Even what are referred to as 1/2" barbs can vary drastically in inside diameter, from 9 to 12mm. Concentrate on the barbs, and choose the hose to fit. The narrowest barbs in my system are 10mm, so I went for 3/8" ID hose. Thick walled kind, though. Best have thick walls.

Sounds good to me. I'll focus more on the barbs then. You guys would'nt happen to know the inner diameters of a Danger Den Maze 4 woul you?
