    The block is fine actually............I think its just extremely tarnished and oxydized, a little polishing will fix that. And the hoses? Just barbs that had hose on them that was cut off and never fully removed from the barb :p You can even see the lump of the barbs under the hose. I dunno what 4L (or whatever :p ) is in US dollars, but damn, someone got a good deal I'm betting after a little TLC.

    until he uses it...... then it's anywhere from a couple hundred dollars to a few thousand to replace whatever parts fry
