Whilst in the process of putting together my modest new build, I was having serious difficulty squeezing a new USB 3.0 front end into the 2.5" bay it was supposed to fit in. I tried pushing and coaxing, and ended up trying to bend the metal brackets it was sat on, when all of a sudden it started slipping in easily. Feeling further, I discovered a greasy like substance had appeared around the bay, and was lubrication the chassis into place. Puzzled, I grabbed a torch and peered into the case, to discover the drive bay and surrounding area completely covered in blood. Turns out I'd slashed my thumb open on the sharp metal. Moral of the story: be careful of sharp edges, but also that blood is an under-rated tool for PC building. Sent from Bittech Android app
