Modding Acrylic bending service

    I'm after a single piece of 1.5mm clear acrylic to be bent in a U shape. I can get a piece cut to the correct size, but I need to bend it to fit the sides and top of my case.

    I have had a go over a form, but it cant quite get it to my liking and don't really want to continue chucking money at it.

    Does anyone know of decent UK based company / individual who would be able to do this?
