AGP and PCI sockets

    Hello. I have a spare gfx lying aroung and i have seen a PCI to AGP adapter somewhere in the USA. are there any other ways of hooking up another AGP card or does anyone know of a place in the UK where a PCI to AGP converter can be bought. Thx for the help :D

    Are you sure it is not an AGP to PCI adapter? This would make more sense as AGP is much faster than PCI...

    well i think it is, not 100%, cant find site again. bsically i have got a good gfx in the AGP slot and want to somehow hook up another AGP card, just for running another monitor, otherwise ill run both off the same gfx. Thx

    Ok, apparently there's at least one PCI->AGP converter, but the graphics card would have jack for bandwidth, plus you need to find a low-profile card. My guess is that this converter is either ridiculously expensive or impossible to find. Meanwhile, PCI GFX cards are cheap.
