    To be honest they have every right in this circumstance to claim the money back as the users who repeatedly did this would most likely be fully aware of what they were doing.

    Obviously the media would jump of this and Amazon would be seen in a bad light so I think they will take the loss as long as it is not too large. They might even get some more people signing up in hope of a repeat incident :D

    I always buy CDs still as well, not sure why, I think I just like having an actual object for my money, on the other hand I've spent loads on Steam.

    Good music is available only on CDs and in Magnatune, rest is just mainstream crap. 300 pounds? How unprofessional. In such case I'd put together a quick script giving me 30000 pounds per hour, publish it, download a few gigs of music and put it on TPB. Just because I am spiteful and feel disgusted by music industry (not the music or musicians, just the industry forcing 800% profit margins, annoying people with DRM and doing all the crap).
