Cases Antec 1200 or Lian Li pc-50 Red or Lancool K62 Red

Just to throw a spanner in, have you seen this?

yeh i have had a look at that and the cheaper lancool k62 red as well, these were my first choices but someone told me if i was going to crossfire, which i might do later on i would not be able to fit a 2nd 5870. i would go for either if someone will tell me otherwise

 

With a single 5870, do you think you will actually ever go crossfire? Would you ever need to, given that you would need the game(s) to support it.

 

Well scan are out of stock at the moment. i have just seen another thread someones getting a coolermaster and cannot decide on the colour and its got me salivating again

 

right now i have narrowed to 3 different ones now i need a answer tonight as scan have a special on the Antec 1200.

So Antec 1200 or Lian Li PC-50 Red or Lancool K62 Red????

 

Lian-Li P50, if you really want a Lian-Li. It's a good'un.

 

would you say its a better air cooling case then the Antec 1200

 

It's hard to say without owning either, but I'd say they were about even just by looking at them TBH. They're very similar looking cases (though the P50 is slightly prettier IMO), but the P50 is smaller, and is probably better built.

 

ok i went against your advice (sorry) i went for the Antec 1200 one of the reasons was i had that case and only when i got rid of it realised how good it really was

yeh lol after much debate and head scratching i chose my case its arriving tomorrow i love scans free delivery save me nearly £10

 

+1 for the Antec. Best cases I've ever used and top notch support - the one time a fan didn't work they sent me a new one free.

Then it turned out the original fan did work, the molex was just loose, my bad . Still great by Antec though
