    I once bought a cheap PSU and it blew up as soon as I pressed the start button on the motherboard.

    I replaced it with an Antec PSU and it didn't blow up.

    I don't work for Antec but if I did I'd probably get a good discount on one of their models.

    That is a good point. There are motherboards but no fatherboards. There are daughterboards but they are useless on their own. There are no brother and sister boards either.
