Networks Any Security+ tips and suggestions? I'm taking the test.

I got my new job, and I was handed a Security+ cd and told I'd be taking a test on in a couple of months. I browsed through it, I it seems I know about half of it, the other half, I'm clueless.

Is this test hard? Any good books to recommended as study guides? Does someone have any good ideas on how to study for it?
