I know on price its a poor argument, so I apologise for that but the quality difference is massive, and I read about a couple bugs with WiFi etc which really put me off it.
Sadly, stocks are running out because B&N is quitting the tablet market (hence the price cut) - you can't buy it direct from Nook, and very few places still have stock. For £80, it's a great little tablet.
As my points had arrived last week I picked one of these up, really can't fault it for the dough, screen seems nice, performance is better than I was expecting, all the Tesco services seem useful, free stream-able content will do for my daughter along with a few games, job done. Can't see her being unhappy with it i was genuinely surprised at what it could handle.
My Hudl failed last week, battery not longer holding charge, quite impressed with Tescos response, sent a courier and switched out a replacement next day, can't really complain at that, completely hassle free. I see they have just announced Hudl 2 http://www.trustedreviews.com/news/tesco-hudl-2-officially-unveiled Lets hope they similarly hit it out of the park, though an Android device with an Intel chip is a little concerning due to compatibility and code translation issues, spec sounds good 8.3" 1080p Quad Atom 2Gb RAM Android 4.4 £129 Only downside was lack of updates on the Hudl but it did its job well for the price and buying it with points made it an absolute bargain.
