Asus Xtreme Winner but didn't go

I can't believe that I won Round 4 of the competition and I only just found out that I was a winner. I was just browsing the forums and I noticed that I had a PM..

I read the PM noticing that it was from Alex Watson congratulating me for winning but by then it was too late.

Damn. I am soooo gutted that I missed out on the event.
(Kicking myself in the shins)

 

I had an email notifying me of a private message so I knew I won pretty much straight away. Everyone had a week to get back to Alex before the place was passed to somebody else. It's pretty unfortunate that you lost out. Check PMs next time you enter a competition

 

I never got an email stating that I had a PM. I'll definitely be checking my PM's from now on!!

 

Ah, I have that enabled under "Edit Options" of the profile. I wonder if it's not on by default?

You should set your forum account settings to email you when you get a PM.
