Australian broadband

    Im going to be heading off to Perth pretty soon for a year abroad as part of uni so naturally the first thing I looked at, before houses and flights and other nonessentials, was internet, because lets face it I cant live without it.

    Looking at Australian broadband though all the plans seem to have download limits, which I hate. Is anyone living in WA that has unlimited broadband? If so how much is it costing them?

    Most ISP's are country wide here (I'm in Victoria), but yeah, they're all pretty much got download limit caps. Some are fairly high though (over 100Gb per month) and when you reach your cap, you just get slowed down (unless you're with Telstra then they'll charge you). The best place to get info for Australian broadband though is from Whirlpool.
