    Hello,

I am desperately searching for a piece of software that will search a hard drive for data.

What I mean is... say I have a secondary hard drive connected to my computer... I need a program I can point to that drive and have it search for data AUTOMATICALLY (My Documents, Chrome Favorites, Firefox Favorites, Thunderbird Mail, etc...) then back it up.

I know this is probably a pipe dream but you guys have helped me numerous times before :)

Any help is GREATLY appreciated :)

I wrote a batch file to do similar for me overnight, it looks in my specified folders for new data and used xcopy to copy it to my back up nas drive. Really simple if you want a hand?

That's what all backup programs do?
You show it the drive and tell it to backup either everything or selected things
