    Hello bit-techers,
I currently Have a HP vault that I purchased for $200 new. I've had the device for over a year. I'm currently plan to restore my NAS since my back ups are using 1.2TB worth of backups. I Noticed that certain files on my NAS are corrupted None of those files are of great importance (Just video and certain programming files I had several years ago). My biggest worries are that I have Home video and Pictures that are several hundred GB in size. Since I don't want those files to be corrupted or Destroyed. I'm currently planning on making my Own NAS drive since the HP vault doesn't have RAID support. I was looking into ZFS file system since they use a HASH to verify the integrity of the file. I was wondering what other options are available and if any recommendations you guy's and gal's may have.
