Windows Bios

    not to be lame or anything, but i have a few questiions about bios

    1. how do i find out what type of motherboard i have? can i just look at the board and be able to tell? id like to know my mhz limit and all that good stuff and possibly download a manual for my mb.

    2. how do i update bios?

    3. where do i get the update at?

    please help :p

    You may well be able to look at the motherboard and find out what it is, there may be a sticker or sinilar. Otherwise you could use the tools at www.motherboards.org or the motherboard section of SiSoft Sandra for extra help. As for the BIOS uopdate, you need to go to the Motherboard manufacturers web site and you should find one there, along with update instructions for your specific board!
