    aren't these big LANs like playing regular online games? i mean, the real thrill of a LAN for me is to be able to point and laugh at guys i just fragged, and throw empty beercans at the ones that keep fragging me :D

    I already felt disconnected from the group in a 100 player LAN, let alone in a 8000+ player one :eeek:

    ...this is the first we've heard of it, tbh.

    We're looking into it. None of us have heard of it, nor know anyone who has.

    I've just spoken to the guys at CPC and they've spoken to more people at Dennis, and apparently we're not entirely sure about this right now - we'd advise a slight air of caution because we're not sure on the agreements about using logos for CPC/Bit and Pro, but to keep an eye on it, just don't part with any cash yet.
