    I would be furious if they started replacing site's ads with there own so they could make more money. I put up with ads because I know that that how the sites make money and so carry on providing stuff I want. If phorm were to start changing that then, well I dunno really but it makes me cross,

    If this does get off the ground I would imagine it wouldn't be too long before there is program, add-on, pluggin, etc to block the damn thing.

    AFAIK, Only advertisers who sign up with Phorm will get their ads swapped.If your page uses ads from someone who isn't signed with Phorm, those ads won't change.

    Actually, I have a theory as to why the Government waited so long before answering the EU Commission's questions...

    They were waiting for Phorm to give GCHQ a guest login to the database. :D
