You need to get invited to actually DO the Gumball, now that would be awesome. :)

All those beautiful cars... and then they have to go and slap a crap load of stickers all over them, like some five year old gone mad.

Would you rather they painted the sponsorship on?

Hot damn, nothing beats the exclusivity of a Veyron tbh. Awesome. *jealous*

I agree. Those stickers need to go. Nobody's gonna see them at 160kph! Those cars are pretty sweet though. I wanna see some vidz when they come out.

Can anyone explain how the Germany Police can be allowed to fine someone, an innocent member of the public, 420 euros just for having a Gumball sticker on their car??? link

Those hoping for video footage: I shot over an hour of DV yesterday. Might not have time to edit until the weekend though - too much bit-tech biz to get done this week.

Because it's a road race? I've no idea where they stand (legally speaking) on this, I don't think it sounds very sensible though...

Good point. Although I'm not sure if I could bring myself to put stickers anywhere near my supercar paintwork (speaking hypothetically of course :) )

I'm sure it's done by professionals who probably put a big fat layer of wax under them, then restore it back to normal afterwards (for the really expensive ones anyway).

To be honest, I'd give a leg to be in the gumball, they get away with such ridiculous things. (Anyone remember that video of an M5 going through some french town, led by a police car all the way? Awesome stuff. What about the Koenigsegg caught doing ~240mph in Texas?)

It would be so awesome to be in the gumball rally. Mischief has a couple of videos of the rallies from NY to LA and France to Morocco, pretty f'n sick. Hell it would be cool enough just to do One Lap of America.
