Graphics Blender benchmark settings?

I have 3 GeForce systems a Crossfire setup I want to compare in BMW Blender render test.

Im getting totally confused about all the settings so what should i adjust and touch for all 3 systems to be able to compare?

But that is for CPU renders as far as I can digest, right?
Maybe I did not specify, im mostly interested in GPU render time.

For that i see a lot of settings like tile size and other stuff.
