Networks Broadband ISPs

Plusnet are atrocious, I personally would never touch them again. (Was a customer for ~4years) Be* sound good but I can sadly not get them in my area

it depends what you want from your ISP though, Zen and Nildram are quite good though.

 

I'm in the odd situation of it's Virgin or nothing... well at the moment nothing or nothing as it has been nearly 6 weeks since I placed the order for Virgin BB, two failed installations and no sign of a resolution.

IDNet are good on the whole, but they are a small outfit and do seem to struggle sometimes with customer support volume. Zen are probably the best ISP I have ever used though.
