Networks BT internet service

Anyone else experiencing problems with BT internet? Half the time when I dial up it wont log on, then when it dus I either get a crappy connection, or a 400-600 ping to all of the BY Half life servers. Anyone else having probs?

 

blimey, 600 ping is good for BT

 

LOL! I usually rock a 150-180 ping, but they have been tinkering with the free service and buggar3d it up

 

1) ring up BT, tell them where to go
2) ring telewest and arrange an installation date

 

hehe or just get 2 tin cans and some string and look forward to 14-16 pings

 

BT Internet is crap now I have the same probs. Its annoying cos it used to be ok. Does anybody know what they have done to their servers and why they have just gone crp all of a sudden? Where can we complain about them. If they keep treating all their costermers like this (including openworld costermers) then they wont have any left.

gawd i h8 bti they're service really pi5535 me off now... it used to be good (no cut off 80-90 pings)

i may have to move to jolt anytime... more likely to give better service than bt

 

You may curse BTO, but im happy with them. I've had BTO for about 5 months now. I can pull off 77k/sec downloads and 36k/sec uploads. In the 4 months I've only lagged out once which was pretty bad, but it was resolved pretty quick. It may well be that I am on HG9 which probably isnt as heavily populated yet.

Im happy with them but I may start moaning....

I like AOL, I'm not sure about online games but my web browsing is amazing and I have never ever had an engaged tone and it usually will stay connected all day without disconnecting.
