    Hi all,

Recently, one of my systems stopped working. After a day or so of troubleshooting, this agp mosfet burnt out in a puff of smoke:

Since there isn't much to lose, I'm going to attempt to replace it. The traces and components around it seem undamaged. I desoldered as much as I could, but damn its hard to get off. In the end, I clipped off the legs, leaving small nubbins, then worked the transister off. The trace pad underneath is a little damaged, but seems mostly intact.

So, I need a little help replacing the mosfet. Don't know much about transistors.

On this motherboard, the printed code was:
    PHD55NO3 ...LTA ...3A5.

I looked on my other IC7Max3, and the code was:
    13NO3LA XB335.

The second yielded no google results. PHD55NO3 yielded quite a few. I live in the US--there's one link here. but there are several PHD55NO3s. Anyone in particular? Can it found at Digikey?

    Thanks for any help!
