As the title said, not sure what the legal details are, it's not oem. Afaik you can sell upgrade if it's not installed, but don't know. I got Windows Vista Ultimate upgrade (64 iirc) digital download The computer has been split and sold. I have the details and files but nothing to use it on. Can I sell it? Seems a shame to do nothing with it, but I don't want it. If I can sell it, can I sell it in the market place here? Let me know, If it's against the terms, let me know and I'll delete this. I'm just looking for advice. thanks.
I don't think you will have any issues with this, just don't create any disks (this would be illegal for you to sell)
that's exactly what comet got into trouble for, you cannot make copies of disks to sell with a license, that's the trap people fall into
yeap sell the license code, but don't supply disks, unless they came with the code, but as it was a digital license no disks were supplied
