I always find the African nations have brilliant individual stars but as a whole unit they lack something the competition often has in a teamwork point of view.
African cup of nations always gets them together tho and although they don't play in England, Spain etc, that just makes it harder to judge performance. Ive always maintained players that know what theyre doing within their tactical system and player that fit into that will perform better than arrogant superstars shoved into positions cause a manager can't afford to leave them out. You can never rule out occasion, this is a massive thing for these players. they'll never play in the premiership so this is the pinicle of their careers, the world stage. Nothing to loose everything to gain and on home turf. Its a funny old game after all =) Think back to the 50's when no one knew who Brazilian players where. Teams had no come back for their style. Now tactics are known around the world as are the big payers. all it takes is the right intel and you can cause any upset.
Thats my team picked now, it was actually very hard to do. 140m doesn't spread that well. As long as I don't finish bottom I will be happy.

Rand thought.......What if one of the guys at CCL win a prize (depending on how its done) are you guys allowed to claim? Would be a bit unfair if not, tho you can see the problem that arises.
Prizes are for Bit-tech forum members and our customers who fancy competing in the league. We have another league that gives prizes to people within the IT industry so we are not being *THAT* hard done by, although our prizes are better . We are only competing in our league so we can show everyone else how its done!!

When the email notification of your reply popped up in Outlook I have to say it raised a smile! Shame im sat at my desk working away missing the starting ceremony and the opening game. Oh well Viva la France tonight I guess!
