Recently got Soil's much needed new album.
    Amazed. Its just brilliant.

The vocals have improved so much since the last album, which I was impressed at then. I'm not one who listens much to vocals either. ;)
Music wise, its pretty typical Soil stuff, damned good. :D

    Worth a look.

Will have to check this out :D
Loving the different sound the deftones seem to be able to create.

I'm currently loving this too! :D

You do know they have a new lead singer for this album? Is great, production is so much better, and a greater variety in songs.

To be fair, similar sounding, with a bit more aggression, perfect. :)

Listening to it now and .. am I missing something? Its a bit boring, and Im not fussed on the way they sing.

Dragon Force - Sonic Firestorm. Talk about get two random, "hard" words and put them together to get an album title. The album isnt as fun to listen to as Inhumane Rampage (again on the title).

I've found the RATM, Bombtrack, Pinkpop Edition made of live tracks and remixes from their original album AND Ive also found the Halo 2 album too :D Gonna get to them after I finish my 300 Bob Dylan tracks.

    A soul Bindi, a soul.

    ;)

It's just nice happy pop-rock. Nice folkish jangly guitars, lots of clangy piano and some fun vocals. I like it in the same way I like The Arcade Fire, The Microphones, Neutral Milk Hotel etc.

    Nice.

    Nicenicenicenice.

    :) :) :)

    etc!

Too poppy man. If I want Folk I'll just continue listening to Bob, at least he's cool AND he has a harmonica.

I got bored with it and turned it off 3/4 of the way through.

Halo 2 soundtrack eff tee double-u though, very good, and Ive never even been a huge Incubus fan.

Been listening to loads of Muse recently, especially Origin of Symmetry, the first album I ever bought. Absolutely awesome. And while I was listening to the track 'Hyper Music' on Monday, I found out I had won tickets to see them at Sheperds Bush on the Wednesday. Awesome gig  :hip:

    Why? - Elephant Eyelash
    and
Islands - Return To The Sea

Utterly amazing albums. Indie-pop with subtle tones of hip-hop. Lovely stuff. Perfect for the sunny weather.

"Legends Of The Fall Offs" is the best track bar-none. Anyone who listens to any other Genre of music has to listen to this track. Not only for its immense production done by Dr Dre, but really how can someone make a beat with a Heartbeat and a Guy shoveling gravel? pure genius! :thumb:

but not only the production but the whole concept of the tune is so far "right" to what people expect from Busta its rather surprising to make this "horror-esq" tune. Burying that guy alive is brilliant as he shats his pants also the vocals of the female vocalist is simply haunting.

Id recomend this song to anyone to the sheer abnormality of such a tune from a "hip-hop" artist coz its soooo different to what's out there.
