Apparently buying a CD burner from iomega is step one of burning CDs, step two is purchasing upgraded software from either them or roxio.

Is it just me or has roxio had problems since the get-go?

anyway, does anyone know of any good, free, and resource (ram, hdd) friendly CD burning software for windows and iomega's zip CD 650? (USB CD R/RW drive)

Or should window's built-in be the best thing?

Well, she ain't free, but Ahead Software's Nero Burning Rom is as rock solid a program as I've ever used.

I second this and OEM copies can be found for under $10 if you look around on the net - I have seen them plenty of places. Download the demo from their website first to make sure it will work OK.
