Uni, touch and go getting the 2 cards mailed out to you today. I got called out early this morning to look at at non-responsive database and I'm not sure what time I'm going to get back.

Doh, just seen this thread, have you got any cards left mate? I got a couple of empty PCIe slots on a K9A2 with an 800watt PSU in a rig which is in an air conned room? :)

Sorry, too late. 7 cards have been sent out. 2 to go out (hopefully today if I can get to the PO before it shuts.) And 1 I've hosted myself as it was not spoken for.

Hey guys, already PM'd JackOfAll to let him know my cards arrived, and just wanted to thank him on behalf of the whole team in his own thread for what he has done.

I had no idea when he first suggested this that it was going to be brand new boxed cards that he was sending out, I guess I assumed that he'd won a job lot of 2nd hand ones on eBay and was sending those... but these are 100% BNIB Alpha Dog cards that he has sent me, along with inline resistors for the fans and DVI>D-SUB adapters to make dummy plugs. This is a an awesome gesture to the team no matter what he was sending us, but what he has sent me is very impressive, and to do it out of his own pocket deserves a big pat on the back from all of us!

I am about to install the cards now and get them running, and will add the points that they're producing to my approximate PPD in the relevant thread.

Good luck with the rest of the challenge everyone, and thanks again Jack! :thumb:
