..How dare you sir, the 450D is a thing of beauty, elegant, subtle & refined..just like their owners :p

A case for the pipe smoking, slipper wearing gentleman.

Ha ha - only a 'bit'. That was my get out clause in case I met any gentleman that were pipe smoking, slipper wearing 450D owners ;)

I really like this case... I still have a 250D to fill and use however.

I really like that the side panel is a door rather than a slide out panel. It just looks so much more refined and complete.

Something I should add about the panel is that is has a very satisfying clunk as you close it. I have expected to find a VW sticker on the front of the case....

DON'T say THAT!!! We'll have to question the validity of your testing results and scores, especially those regarding the exhaust fans. ;)

    No mention of noise?

I know it's hard to measure, hardware dependent and subjective but it's quite important to many.

Yep - last page, first para! To expand on this, the fact the front lacks the large vents of other cases means it's noticeably quieter and the fans aren't massively powerful. They were indistinguishable above the din our 980 made.

Apologies, no idea how I missed that! My brain isn't working at the moment. Thanks for elaborating. :thumb:

Quite possibly the first Corsair case I've liked the look of in a long time.

EDIT - Pretty much the same dimensions as the NZXT S340
