    I'm thinking of upgrading my PC and I was wondering what your opinions are on CPU coolers?

    I'm looking at a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO at the moment but I don't want to spend too much (under £30). I want it to be quiet over very very cold but I don't want my chip melting either.

    Has anyone had any experience with the EVO or Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 / Freezer 13 Pro?
