I´m buying parts for my partly new computer for summer and I´ve decided only two of the needed five parts. Now I need tips for the rest parts that would get my PC running for about 2 years or so.

    MB: DFI SLI-DR
    Memory: KHX3200ULK2/1G

    The Unsure parts:
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 and 3000+ or better
Graphics card: GF 6600 gt OR 6800 gt and I will buy another one of those in winter for the MBs SLI. (dont suggest BFG parts ´coz they´re not available for me :sigh: .
Power supply: Almost anything in between 400 and 500 watts (12cm cooler and sleeved wires would be nice :D )

At this time I would think something like this:

    MB: DFI SLI-DR
    Memory: KHX3200ULK2/1G
    Graphics card: XFX 6800 gt
    CPU: Athlon 64 3000+
Power supply: Akasa pax power 460w

Any weaknesses or something I should know about this possibility?

So I´m buying the PC from finland and there MBs and memorys price will be something like 400-450 euros so I would have about 700 euros to use on the other needed parts. So people come on, suggest anything.

    Part prices in Finland:
    btw. 6600 gt costs about 210 euros, 6800 gt 450 euros, 3000+ 150 euros, 3200+ 185 euros, 3500+ 250 euros, and power supplys 70-100 euros.

    Thx for help anyway :)

only bad thing about that is they are twice the price and above...

if you want a better cpu go with a 3700+ san diego (1mb l2 :D) also alot can clock at 2.7 ghz
