CPU Passive cooling? (VIA C3 650mhz)

    Has anyone passivly cooled a Via C3 CPU?

    I know most of the C3's in the mini systems use passive cooling, but how well is the circulation in the box?

    I'm wanting to build a nearly silent router using that processor.. I hope to have the fan in the PSU the only fan in the system (micro-atx case).

    I did some tests with a stock AMD heatsink minus the fan. I managed to reach around 130 degrees at full load after about an half hour.
