Is anyone else suffered from this bug?

They say Windows 10 version 2004 has this bug where credential manager won't remember password between restart.

This bug is acknowledged by Microsoft and says fixed since 19042.789
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...40a-a18c-be2e50047a75?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us

But I am experiencing the same on Windows 10 version 20H2 19042.804, and problem only started this week.

On a new day it seems, the Credential manager "Windows Credentials" would be empty, and strangely "Generic Credentials" would be populated saying Modified: Today.

Is this the same bug as the MS acknowledged bug? But I'm not seeing any tasks coming up when running the PowerShell command in an Admin PowerShell.

    03-Mar Edit:
Problem hasn't returned, the passwords I added on 26th-Feb are all still there. I've changed nothing...... this is really strange.

So my conclusion: when I have a problem, I ask on Bit-tech forum and forum magic will fix it for me.
