Windows Custom PC Benchmarks Suite error, help!

Maybe one of you had that problem or know how to solve it. Tried googling it, nothing.
When I run Custom PC Benchmarks Suite on Windows 7 64-bit, shortly after I press start, when it loads Gimp plug-ins it comes up with this error:
