Geil One..... my friend at school had some, and it was hitting DDR-600 no probs.... have you tried changing the volts going to the RAM, or even though about fan cooling it, like some do with BH-5?
If you want the ram testing mate, more that willing to give it a test here Know the board and CPU are good to 300 so shouldnt be an issue
Give 2.4, 2.5 and 2.6 a try, this TCCD's running on 2.39 at stock, granted, but you never know. I seem to remember Andi saying some of his PQI TCCD loved 2.5V, and Persivore's loves 2.4... But, when I said RMA, I meant the mobo, not your RAM, I'd assumed you had it running DDR600 @ 1T before.
