News Diablo 3 release date back to 2012

I'm not childish as you suggested, I just have à crappy connnection that resets itself tenth à day. I dont want to pay for à game I won't be able to play decently.

I'm happy for you if you have à good connection, but you are not alone on earth.

 

How can anyone be relieved that Diablo III will be released in 2012 xD

Much like StarCraft 2, I will buy it but I know it won't be worth the wait. How many more years do they need? How much more staff? Compare that to bioware/ guildwars... The somehow make amazing games without making fans wait 10 years.

 

That's the ONLY reason they doing it. The game is finished. They'd have to be stupid to launch at this stage of production and still have code to plug in.

Gears: Released (Sept 20th)
Battlefield 3: Oct 25th
Modern Warfare 3: Nov 8th
Skyrim: Nov 11th
Halo 4: Dec 31st

I'm sorry, but who with an IQ over 10 would release their game in the middle of that?! Q1 2012, all you have to work against is Mass Effect 3 (March 6th)

 

So long as I get my new computer up and running by the time they release it I'll be buying it day one.

 

Absolute *tosh*. I've never heard such *tosh*in my life. Do you think Blizzard care about BF3? Some *rubbish* CoD or Halo game? Do you know anything about Blizzard and how long they take to cultivate their games?

 

New Year's Eve for Halo 4? MS is either confident the name will sell it, or they don't want to push the first non-Bungie sequel (unless this is the last one), it'll be interesting to see if people bother waiting until after Christmas for it when it doesn't even fit into the last minute present bracket.

Diablo, since there's that big a hardcore fanbase waiting for the third game, it has to be as perfect as possible on release - so they'll stand to wait three more months.

 

I bet the Grim Dawn will be out before Diablo 3
And expect it to be better game too.

I have a feeling this won't be the last delay in Diablo 3 release. I'm not complaining, but it's very common for Blizzard to keep improving their games until the devs are satisfied. Anyway, there should be enough games to play until the end of '11 with the release of BF3 and Skyrim. Maybe I'll even get into Dota 2 beta =D

 

Yeah smart to compare SP game to legendary coop title. Go ahead play that SP game, there is millions of ppl who just dont pay SP anymore unless its Bioware or Elder Scrolls

 

Seems you never heard about Grim Dawn, or who their creators are.
Probably the name of Titan Quest means something then?
