I know that in theory diamond does have a far better thermal dissipation property (think that's the right term?) Never seen it for sale before though. . . . Seems a little on the cheap side to be genuine?
yeah remember that stuff when it came out.. guy on evga used to try everything- he said it was hard to work with and performed the same as mx-2
hehe hey speed.. I been banned off thier forum for awhile now- it let's me into the warranty page but not the forum *******s but found this recent http://www.evga.com/forums/fb.asp?m=100841128
Someone made DIY version of diamond paste. The problem with this is that small diamond/rock-particles aren't healthy at all when inhaled Anyway the results seem pretty damn nice: http://inventgeek.com/Projects/DiamondGrease/overview.aspx Could be that either A) the commercial paste isn't as well done (may not even have actual diamonds/has less/has larger grain/what ever B) the guy who made it had no idea how to apply the pastes and the results are messed up. Or both.
