I am going to buy an i7 motherboard in the next few weeks. I had settled on the Asus P6T Deluxe V2, but looking on Scan just now, see it is discontinued and being replaced by Asus P6TD Deluxe.

Could a more experienced person check the specs please, and see if the new model is still OK, or if I would be better trying to get hold of one of the last P6T deluxe V2s from somewhere else?

    Many thanks.

    It's a P6T Deluxe V2, minus the floppy connector!

Well, considering the difference between the Delux and the Delux V2 is just the removal of SAS ports, i think this one is quite plausible.

The new one has more copper in the board (to aid heat dispersion)
