Films District 9 film showing in the UK?

District 9 is coming to the US on the 14th, but no news about the UK. can anyone confirm its coming to the UK?

its Sony Pictures Entertainment so with a big name like that i would it would be...

Edit: just found out its coming to the UK on 4th of September.

 

Wow... How surprised must I have been when after typing into google "District 9 UK release" and in the summary of the 3rd hit down it actually says... "Release date: September 04, 2009" and making even more sure I'm not seeing things... I clicked the link.

If you ever need to check on release dates look in IMDB, each film has a release date for most areas/countries, they have September 4th for the UK:-
