Windows Does onyone actually know when Spore is comming out?

    It feels like ages since I first saw the idea of the game and loved it! But when's it comming out?? The last news update was last year on the spore website. Anyone know what's goin on?

    No one really knows, It's funny how this was meant to be a groundbreaking game that proves you don't need warehouses of texture artists, animators, etc. yet it's been in development for so long a warehouse full of game developers would probably have been cheaper XD

    The Spore website is awful, none of the news has been updated since August last year.

    i was really rooting for an MMO real time feature, but i guess not.

    I lol'd. Great idea. Maybe then bf 2142 might appeal to me :)




    All I know is that the last spore game play thing with WW playing it made me really want this as soon as possible, and that was from like a year ago.

    SPORE is going to be factored into the fiscal accounts of EA for 2008... meaning that the earliest it will be released is April 08...

    Also, last month EA brought in Soren Johnson, lead designer for Civ IV and if that wasn't a warning that they've got a while to go I don't know what is...

    Yea fiscal year 2008. So the earliest is April 8 and the latest is march 31.
