I did this etch for my ole lady for a christmas present... it uses 3 6000mcd blue led's, and lights up the entire room rather nicely... works as a nice nite lite. She loves dolphins, and envied my pflumingo one... so Here it is and in the dark So whatcha think..??? she loved it.
It looks great...but have you thought of rounding the corners? It would have a little more finished look. I'm going to do something like that for a mouse pad and maybe for the drive bay window (bet you can guess what the etch will be... Go Wings!).
Yeah, Something like that... It has a sonar beacon, and the driver has not passed windows xp testing yet... but it can find fish at 300 meters.
Well.. I rounded the corners on mine, and the dremel router still needs a little practice in my hands for edging... Mine looks kinda like this: I still need to do some more for it... Didn't quite finish like I wanted to.
