Toddlers who turn their noses up at spicy food from overseas could be branded racists by a Government-sponsored agency. Chatham isn't overseas! this bit i totally understand: It advises nursery teachers to be on the alert for childish abuse such as: "blackie", "Pakis", "those people" or "they smell". i suffered that kind of (mild) abuse when i was a kid, didn't like it one bit. but the food...well you either like it or you dont! they've just taken in totally the wrong way.
Maybe so, but it's not the kids fault. If this happens, you go straight to the parents and give them a talking to. A kid that age is not racist in any way shape or form. They learn by copying behaviour from their parents. Toddlers for **** sake! Arghh... stupid country!

hey, be careful. just cause the forum is in the UK doesn't mean canucks aren't members. I can't stand alot of food. But stirfry in particular. So i guess i am a Food Racists as well.
Note, the '*' is next to that statement as well, I refer you to "*in jest of course, I don't have a problem with any race of people" Though I am a yank, so I believe I have somewhat of a duty to dislike Canada, not that I do.
