Hi all, ive just got a new iiyama Pro Lite E1900S. Plugged it into my ATi X800XT (latest drivers) with its DVI cable and notice i cant see anything in DOS. To see the boot up screen (where it shows master and slave devices) i need to connect the monitor with the VGA cable. Im assuming its somthing to do with drivers, anybody got any ideas?

    Thanks

I don't know, I have a similar card (PRO VIVO @ XT BIOS) on AGP which displays everything fine on boot in DVI mode.

Maybe you should try setting DVI to primary in CCC.

Im having a similar problem but with a freshly built pc with nothing installed. Using DVI it doesnt show a signal but i dont have a cable for the VGA since it needs to be both Female ends (are they even available to buy btw? )

Also how would i set DVI to Primary? whats CCC? Is it possible on a newly made machine with nothing installed?
