Interested in Cyberpunk 2077, not only the game but I like CDProjektRed's ethos re single player, free dlc, no microtransations.
FO76 - nah, i'm done with MP.
Starfield when it comes - yes, ES6 when it comes much later - yes. Well unless they decide to tinker with them in a negative way. And yeah they were pretty much teasers of teasers to fend off FO flak.
Last of Us 2, hope this lives up to the first - loved that.
RE2? Didn't realise thet were remaking that, not sure if I want to go back to what was a great game or leave it as a memory.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is another i'm looking forward too but yeah, they don't show at e3 I know.
Nothing else for me I don't think but I may have missed others like RE2.
No Borderlands 3. E3 is a write-off.
maximum respect for this Jake
"Is he strong? Listen bud, he's got radioactive blood. Can he swing from a thread? Take a look, overhead. Hey, there, there goes the Spider-Man." I own those old ones.. you deserve medals for knowing to know the lyrics
Nowt of interest to me except the very minimalist tease of ,the much overdue, Elder Scrolls VI. Will the game arrive before I hit 60 I wonder? (I'm 54 next month)
I very much doubt it, Starfield is next up and I who knows when that'll get here.
I don't get excited for games very often anymore. But The Last Of Us makes me refreshingly ecstatic! That window is the one from the loading screen of the first game if I'm not mistaken
I wouldn't put any money on it, but I reckon we'll see it 2021 perhaps?
BGS said Starfield, that is in production, will be out for next gen consoles. What's that? 2-3 years.
Don't reckon we'll see ES6, that's only in pre-production coming after Starfield, until quite some time after that.
We'll be lucky if it's within the next 5 years, doubt it'll even be that soon.
I don't think it will happen until Elder Scrolls Online drops below a critical level and they finally reach a point where they can't re-release Skyrim again. So sometime after the Skyrim 10th Anniversary Edition in 2021, maybe.
You're thinking along much the same lines that I have been.
Your optimism is admirable.
That applies to a lot of E3 this year (and the AAA industry in general tbh), empty announcements to create hype and tease with no substance until many years later when they may or may not deliver something.
Maybe its time for an embargo on game announcements and media mentions until the game is lets say at least 50% done and due out in less than a year...
You forgot The Division 2, shame on you, div 1 is now a very good game and its successor LOOKS great, just hoping its not a hype train to shitville
