    Covering things like that is the bloody purpose of a warranty in the first place.

    I award EVGA zero cookies for trying to make themselves look generous with a press release like that while in fact just doing the bare minimum they would have had to do either way.

    I force vsync for everything because I hate tearing, so I presume that this would never have presented as an issue for that reason.

    It's actually slightly funny, in a rather depressing way, that now I just assume most companies will find a way to wriggle out of their warranty obligations, and if they don't, the RMA process is so torturous that by the end of it you half wonder if it was worth it.
