f@h help need help

hello
im new here, i dont know anything about folding but i wish to start
my pc not big monster:
cpu : q6600 2.4ghz (not overclocked, got problems with oc)
gpu : 3 x gf 8800 gtx 768 (one of them liq cooled)
ram : 4gb DDR2 ocz flex II (watercolled) pc 9200 (working at 1100mhz)
mobo : Asus striker 2 formula nforce 780i
cpu, ram, one gpu water cool

i just dowloaded client from folding.stanford.edu
i think is just cpu, and is working very slow just made 10/500 (my cpu usage is around 4%)
i think i could use my graphic cards

any advices how to make my pc more efective in folding?

 

For your PC I'd turn off sli & use 3 GPU clients, then install vmware & run 2x notfred's smp client.
