FAO IS or other camera freaks

    hey.

    I was flicking through What Digital camera (or some kinda magazing with a name resembling that) and they awarded a Umax AstraPix 420 5 stars, are these any good, as theyre only about £70

    What megapixel is it ? Cant be very high for 70 pounds

    OK i'm thinking of getting a digi cam for xmas, i don't have a normal camera and i wanna get some decent pics of my mates before we head off to uni, i prolly won't doo too much with a camera, but want something thats good. The Canon Powershot A200 has caught my eye and is quite cheap £131, for a 2megapixrl cam (or 1.91)

    can you give me some advice

    canon is a good choice...really depends what you want it for though...
