Hello I am not sure this is right place ask this or not. I have a MSI GTX560 Ti card and its doing this since last couple of months - https://plus.google.com/photos/1068...ms/5914212793644520353?authkey=CJ3ah8Dd9ZzHKw So far I have tried following - Tried with various driver's version - Re-installed windows - Changed PSU unit - Tried this card on other machines but still no luck, it keep crashing, so i strongly believe the card has some sort of problem. Now this card was bought from Aria UK counter service which is only located at Manchester, I contacted them over phone and they says I need to take this card to the counter to do RMA otherwise not possible, and problem is now i live in London so its completely not possible for me to get replacement of this card. I still have the invoice and Warranty ends in next month. Now i am wondering is there any way to get replacement directly from MSI ? or shall i give up ?! I will be very glad if someone could help/advise me on this. Thanks Obaid
Looks like an issue with the memory. If in warranty still, I suggest contacting Aria and see if you can arrange delivery to them for RMA as if you have 1 month then it's a matter of urgency. Just explain your situation. Failing that you can try RMA to us. Aria if they found the fault would send to us either way.
Thanks a lot for your reply. I tried from MSI uk site but on RMA page it says- Aria can't do it unless I take it to their counter (Mancester) and I am located in London.
I didnt have much joy with MSI either, see my post : MSI poor technical support - BEWARE. Aria should not tell you, you have to go to their counter under any circumstance. Thats nonsense. Phone them, and tell them to raise an RMA by post, as the item is in warranty, otherwise you will contact Trading Standards. Then once they sort it out for you, raise a complaint with trading standards anyway.
