I listen to that much music but on most albums I own, at least one songs seems to get on my nerves, except on these below though. Karnivool - Sound Awake Flogging Molly - Float Flogging Molly - Drunken Lullabies Flogging Molly - Speed Of Darkness Electric Six - I Shall Exterminate Everything Around Me That Restricts Me From Being The Master (Yes I love FM )
The criteria forced me to eliminate some very much loved albums. Some of these have already been mentioned but I guess thats testament to how good they are: Pink Floyd - The Wall Rage Against The Machine - Self Titled Queen - A day at the races I'm sure there are others I just can't think of them right now. I always considered myself a die hard metal head but that appears to not be the case under these restrictions. There are many albums i love but i cannot honestly say I love every track. Almost all albums have at least 1 track i don't like.
I'm slightly surprised by just how many albums pass the criteria (and that I could think of without having my music collection to hand). In no particular order: Ben Harper - Welcome to the Cruel World Pearl Jam - 10 Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon Pink Floyd - Meddle Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here U2 - Achtung Baby U2 - The Joshua Tree John Martyn - Solid Air Peter Gabriel - So
go on then i'll have a go, now the albums below are from since as far as i can remember so no laughing please t.a.t.u - 200km in the wrong direction (including the russian versions) the offspring - 1st (also known as the offspring) the offspring - splinter eminem - the marshall mathers lp greenday - warning greenday american idiot greenday - 21st century breakdown nickleback - silver side up papa roach - infest
Agreed on The Offspring - The Offspring, I'd also add The Offspring - Ignition to that list too. Their albums are some that I enjoyed for thousands of hours in my youth, Americana was the first album I ever bought, in fact.
This. Quite possibly the only album I've ever listened to all the way through without skipping. Even the DragonForce albums which I love have a song or two each which I don't like. I must re-listen to GNR though, I've never actually had time to listen to all their songs
Tough one for me, Korn is my favourite band and I've enjoyed almost ever album, would say Korn III is favourite at moment.
Lagwagon - Live in a Dive - It's the only album I never get tired of listening to and it's the best live album I've ever heard.
Daft Punk - Discovery Daft Punk - Human After All Ellie Goulding - Lights MSTRKRFT - Fist of God Shpongle - Ineffable Mysteries from Shpongleland Shpongle - Are you Shpongled? Shpongle - Nothing Lasts But Nothing Is Lost Shpongle - Tales Of The Inexpressible Feed Me - Feed Me's Big Adventure And yes, Daft Punk's Homework isn't there because I can't say I like Rock'n'Roll or Rollin' and Scratchin', but there is many great tracks on that album too, shame that I had to leave it out. Shpongle's stuff is just genious. Please, correct me if some of those are not fulfilling criterias.
Dire Straits - Making Movies. It was the first album I ever had (copied, naturellement) for my walkman when I was a kid. Listened to it endlessly and still love it today. Lene Marlin - Playing My Game. Unlikely to be anyone else's choice but it is mine for personal reasons, it's a lovely album to fall asleep with a girl to or to play to a baby. There's plenty of other albums I'll listen to all the way through, e.g.: AC/DC - Back in Black Alanis Morrisette - JLP Alter Bridge - Blackbird Dire Straits - all other albums Levellers - Weapon Called the Word; Levelling the Land REM - Automatic for the People ... but can I honestly say I really like every track? Probably not. Tough criteria to meet. I'm surprised so many albums are making the grade.
Paul's Boutique by the Beastie Boys. I've loved it from the moment I heard it and that hasn't ever diminished. Pixies - Doolittle Frank Black - Frank Black Nirvana - Bleach Kyuss - Blues for the Red Sun Kyuss - And the Circus Leaves Town Dinosaur Jr - Beyond
Nightwish - Once also the Imaginarium also will likely equal it in the long run also The End Of An Era nightiwsh live DVD In Legand - Ballards And Bullets Kamelot - Epica Imanginations through the looking glass - blind Guardian , fantastic live show the offspring greatest hits album, first i ever had Also a big shout out for the Vice city VROCK album from the soundtrack \m/ (-.-) \m/ WAY to many others to name, but i think those are my acually all time favs
Anthrax - Spreading the Disease ZZ Top - Eliminator Megadeth - Youthanasia Rage Against the Machine - Rage Against the Machine Rammstein - Herzeleid Metallica - ...And Justice for All
For me my all time fav is Curve - Doppelgänger Depeche Mode - Black Celebration is also up there as is Metallica - Metallica (Black Album). I would have also added The Smiths - Hatful of Hollow as my 2nd fav album but thats actually a compilation of session tracks. I can't honestly say either that they released an album that I loved every single track.
A lot of people went nuts when Nickelback changed their style for All the Right Reasons. I liked it though. Some of their older stuff (Silver Side Up) was a bit hard for me. This is the only album where i like each and every song. Each to his own though ey?
I don't listen to it enough to be sure but I don't remember not liking any tracks on High Violet by The National.
