Angels and Demons is a prequel of sorts to The DaVinci Code, both written by Dan Brown.

I only use original Dremel parts. The Router table is made so that the original dremel is fastened to the router table.

Heres the router table i used

Beautiful cutting! I recently made a vertical stand for the slimline Playstation 2 (pics here and here) of a flame design and cut it out of thin acrylic, so I really know how difficult and tedious it is to get all that stuff cut out and try to get the edges all finished. Great mod Wolverine!!! :dremel:

In the second set of flames that you cut out, you had them intertwined, with some very thin lines of material left to sho which flame lick was on top... how did you get the dremmel into those small spots to begin with? Did you drill a pilot hole and put the piece over the router so that the bit went through the pilot hole?

Also, the flame "tips" are very sharp, excellent job! Did you point those licks with a file? or a dremel wheel?

Major kudos for showing how to put flames to good use! They look excellent!

    Great job!

Ah, thank you. I thought that's what it was but it looks different without the guard or edge guide in place. I have a few of those bits but didn't know it cut plastic so well. Or maybe it's your skills showing. Probably both but more of the later. :)

I did exactly as you described and drilled holes first to do the really narrow bits and for the tips of the flames i used a very thin needle file and just filed away by hand. I think that if i had used the dremel there i wouldnt been able to get as sharp tips as i got.

    Oh and btw
I just love The BossFX57 mod, hats of to you for that one :)

:duh: I knew that. Hmm, it's still good to know since the product description/specs for those bits don't say anything about aluminum or steel. Maybe aluminum siding, but nothing about case-panel thicker aluminum.

Cool! Good to know! I have a concept that I am going to be working on, I think I'll go look at finding a rotary tool router table, that will be a good addition to the tool kit! ;) How do you speed control the bit? is the dremel running when you bring the material onto it? or are you using a foot pedal?

And with regards to your comment on my Boss rig... coming from someone that I have followed and learned a ton from, I am flattered beyond belief! Thank you! I'm very glad you enjoy looking at it!

Nice (and new for me) method of cutting windows, looks atleast better than the normal cutting disk action... Nothing special in the over all looks of that thing tho.

Its written by Dan brown and is set before The Da Vinci Code.
    Both feature vatican conspiricy.
    Angels and Deamons
    The Da Vinci Code
BTW for anyone who doesn't know there are 5 ambigrams (6 if you count illuminati).

The actual number is pretty much only limited by people's creativity (Wikipedia link) - unless you were referring only to those in the novels (which from what I've heard are entertaining but blasphemous so... meh)
    [/OT]

On the topic of ambigrams do you have the other ones planned yet Wolverine?
